California Sports Center Donates to the Lucile Packard Foundation

California Sports Center is thrilled to announce a donation of $20,646 to the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health!

Thank you to our CSC Community who attended our National Gymnastics & Dance Day Open House events and donated to our fundraising efforts last month. We are excited to be able to donate $20,646 to the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health in October 2024. This contribution will directly support the foundation’s mission to provide the best possible care for children and expectant mothers, ensuring a healthier future for our community.

We would like to give a special thanks the San Jose Sharks for donating the prize for our grand prize giveaway ($900 value) as well as a per ticket donation from the CSC group ticket sales for the 2024 Gold Over America Tour on 9/21.

We believe every child deserves the chance to reach their full potential, and we’re proud to partner with the Lucile Packard Foundation to make a difference in the lives of local kids.

Our collective efforts will make an impact directly through the Children’s Fund. The Children’s Fund provides flexible support for the hospital’s highest ongoing priorities, including important programs that are not covered by insurance:

• Care for all children and expectant mothers in the community who need our specialized treatment, regardless of their family’s ability to pay.
• Research grants that enable our physicians, caregivers, and scientists to turn innovative ideas into better care for children and expectant mothers.
• Family and community services, such as chaplaincy and recreation therapy, that help our patient families heal, as well as programs like our Teen Health Van and Car Seat Fitting Station that offer more families access to lifesaving care.

CSC is proud to partner with the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health, which has been a leading provider of pediatric healthcare for over 100 years. The foundation’s programs and services have helped countless children lead healthy and productive lives.

We are so grateful to our amazing community for making this donation possible! Your participation in our fundraising event has helped us raise these vital funds for Packard Children’s.
